State Income & Franchise Tax – Impact of IRS Audits on State and Best Practices in RAR State Reporting

Please join DMA at this invitation only Roundtable and Luncheon addressing the Impact of IRS Audits on State Tax Returns and RAR State Reporting. This Roundtable is CPE accredited.

Throughout the year, overburdened tax departments face the challenge of juggling different state income and franchise tax filings, including estimates, provision work, extensions, and state audits. Within their normal daily responsibilities, the finalization of an IRS audit can add yet another complicated state reporting requirement to the mix.  This Roundtable will address the best practices that companies may employ to complete this work and will also identify tax minimization opportunities.
