DMA welcomes Bradley Miller, Business Tax Specialist from the California Department of Tax and Fee Administration, who will provide information on California's legislative updates and regulations impacting sales/use tax.

Mr. Miller will also explain the manufacturer partial exemption and useful life qualifications, provide information on California's Managed Audit Program, and share valuable resources for taxpayers.
